Tata Strive's skilling centre at Autonagar in Hyderabad, Telangana now hosts an Electric Vehicle Centre of Excellence (CoE), an EV lab completed in June 2026.
SkyySkill Labs set up the CoE in collaboration with Tata Strive to give learners industry-relevant EV skills through hands-on, technology-driven training.
Industry-relevant EV skills for service work centre on three systems: the battery pack, the motor and its controller, and the charging system. Around all three sits the safety discipline needed whenever high-voltage components are opened, tested or replaced.
The location suits the purpose. Autonagar is one of Hyderabad's best-known automobile repair and spare-parts districts, which places the centre close to the workshops and dealerships where trained learners can find work as EV service or maintenance technicians.
The CoE supports Tata Strive's vision of creating a skilled workforce and building a brighter future for its learners through practical training.
